Full-Cycle Sales Representative for Florida Hospitality Sector

Responsibilities
- Build targeted prospect lists of Florida hospitality businesses
- Identify owners, GMs, operators, purchasing managers, and executives
- Conduct outbound outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn, and approved tools
- Qualify prospects through discovery conversations and sales follow-up
- Track pipeline activity, next steps, proposals, and closed/lost outcomes
Must Have
- Proven B2B sales experience with personal closing responsibility
- Strong outbound prospecting, cold calling, and cold emailing skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners, managers, and executives
- Excellent spoken and written English
- CRM discipline and consistent follow-up habits
Nice to have
- Experience selling to hotels, restaurants, property managers, or hospitality operators
- Sales experience in the Florida market
- Background in appointment setting, discovery calls, and full-cycle sales
- Experience in commission-based or performance-based sales roles
