Full-Cycle Sales Representative for Florida Hospitality Sector

Responsibilities

  • Build targeted prospect lists of Florida hospitality businesses
  • Identify owners, GMs, operators, purchasing managers, and executives
  • Conduct outbound outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn, and approved tools
  • Qualify prospects through discovery conversations and sales follow-up
  • Track pipeline activity, next steps, proposals, and closed/lost outcomes

Must Have

  • Proven B2B sales experience with personal closing responsibility
  • Strong outbound prospecting, cold calling, and cold emailing skills
  • Confidence speaking with business owners, managers, and executives
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • CRM discipline and consistent follow-up habits

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to hotels, restaurants, property managers, or hospitality operators
  • Sales experience in the Florida market
  • Background in appointment setting, discovery calls, and full-cycle sales
  • Experience in commission-based or performance-based sales roles
